Lesaruss Media is looking for a passionate and highly organized individual to join the team as a Creative Managers.

Lesaruss Media is a marketing agency that puts the community first. We focus on servicing clients that support the vegan movement, education, and entertainment. Our campaigns include social media, digital media, and the production of LIVE events.

The ideal creative assistant is someone who has a positive mental attitude, is self-motivated, and effectively manages time. This is a great opportunity to learn on the job; you do not need to be an expert.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage marketing campaigns for our brands and clients
  • Provide copywriting for press releases, presentations, websites, content, and marketing collateral
  • Build relationships with clients and stakeholders using one on one communications and technology
  • Attend weekly meetings to discuss strategy and progress
  • Create monthly reports for projects and campaigns
  • Responsible for Scope of Work task, timeline, and budget development
  • Develop campaigns and programs for Lesaruss Media and our clients
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in other tasks as required
  • Ability to work remotely and periodically out of our Downtown Fort Lauderdale location
REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be involved with the vegan community in South Florida
  • Strong knowledge of the vegan lifestyle
  • 2 years of experience working in the marketing field
  • Strong communication skills
  • A team builder and team player
  • Knowledge and access to Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of WordPress
  • Ability to deal directly with clients
  • People person
  • Sales experience
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience setting up automation sequences and sales funnels
REQUIRED TOOLS
  • Communication through Trello, and Slack
  • Updating websites through WordPress
  • Creating graphics using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
  • Media production using Audition, Premiere, and Indesign
  • Word processing and presentation using Google Suite, MS Office
  • Apple users preferred to sync with the founder’s workflow
  • If you are not familiar with some of these tools, you must be comfortable with learning on your own time.
